We just discovered the webinar on Piece Work and have joined in the partner program.
For the past 3 weeks now we have been keeping more detailed records on our thatching, aerating and other jobs. I need some advice on how much to pay for these jobs. It appears that the guys can not get enough hours in if they are paid their regular hourly rate per job. I am making good money but they I believe would be shorted

Ok, maybe give me an example. Do these jobs have a man hour rating? (Total price divided by $/per hour goal) If so, the guys should be paid this man hour rating.
