I like your contract. Can we get a copy of the file so we can just put it in the clip folder and make changes to meet our needs.

We have heard sakes experts say that prospects usually want more than one quote. So, to keep them from calling another lawn company for a quote, we offer them two quotes. We designed a combination proposal/contract form to quote a premium service and a minimum service. One is 43 servicings, which includes 9 free servicings, and the other is 37 servicings with no free. Everything is quoted on a monthly amount which is spread over 12 months. This has worked really good in the year with the economical problems. The twelve month plan reduces the monthly amount. We don't use the word "contract". Instead, we use Annual Service Plan (ASP). We sign it, and give the new customer the opportunity to sign it. If they don't, that us OK. We tell them we trust them.

Our ASP sales are now up to $63,000 a month. That is really nice in Dec, Jan, and Feb. This year we had a drought, 68 days over 100 degrees, and a faulty economy. Yet, we gret 10%. We believe our system works well.
